Just 700 meters from the Nafplio village named Drepanon, Plaka beach is accessible by car, bicycle even on foot. Plaka took its name from the large pieces of plaques found in some parts of the seabed.
Here you have several options, since the beach is organized: you can find nearly everything, with several beach bars and restaurants. If you are looking for privacy, you can enjoy the sun on the further half of the beach, which is free.
